Story

If the IBAN is not set, the forms can not be fully filled in so it’s very important to notify the NGO about this. Therefore, we need to implement a global warning which will be shown on all screens, sticky at the bottom of the screen with the text: "Important! Nu ai setat codul IBAN pentru organizația ta. Setează IBAN" (Setează IBAN = link that leads to Profil organizatie > Date formular page)
