📝 Description

The version of pandas is permanently set to 1.5.0. This should be changed as there is already a new main version of pandas.

🎯 Expected Behavior

niceml also supports newer versions of pandas (>= 2.0.0)

🐞 Current Behavior

niceml supports pandas only in version 2.5.0
