"Subscribe" is available even if service, location and range are not set.

Users can click "subscribe" even if they haven't selected a service, location, and range. Need some logic to alert the user to select the appropriate criteria before subscribe can be clicked.

I suggest that the "text" + "email" buttons should be more clearly disabled (greyed out) until user has selected a topic. @invisiblefunnel @livienyin
