Ability to Add City Logo to Site

It would be great if there was a way to customize the footer to include the city seal or logo on each of the individual city's page. I've had some feedback that it is confusing to some folks seeing other cities listed on the footer of our page. So, while I think it is great to give credit to the cities who pioneered this amazing platform, it would also be nice to be able to recognize the cities on their specific pages as well.

@aplannersguide My preference is to reserve that space to honor those who are responsible for the creation and sustainability of Citygram, but I would accept a PR to support reducing confusion.
