Develop New Use Case: City County Meetings Agendas

A better system of notifying when a meeting is to take place and what is to be discussed. There are many departments and boards and commissions do not give easy access to this information. Agenda are very structured pdf documents that machines could read much easier and digest better.

This dataset pulls from a Raleigh Google Calendar maintained by Public Affairs. The ruby script is here if you want to try and apply it to other City's google calendars: https://github.com/CORaleigh/ROD/blob/master/app/pm_calendar/public_meetings_cal.rb

It's not AGENDAs though, which are also still in PDFs for raleigh as well.....but a start - links to agendas shd be possible
