As a user, I can filter if a program is currently available or if the program is coming soon (not currently available, but will be available at a later date).

We have dates for program start, but it would be much nicer if that went along with some sort of indication like a different color or some such, in the interface, so that you didn't have to figure out the current date vs. the start date of the location you're viewing.
