The onboarding has to be possible without the interaction of anyone of the VP-team. The only technical interaction that should be needed should be an activation of the display of the facility to prevent abuse. (The onboarding process may include some kind of verification like a phone call or email exchange but the work to be done in VP should be minimal.)

First step is to describe the onboarding process - how should it be?
