날씨 API 요청 실패할 경우 재시도를 1회 해야 한다.
룸 조회수가 계속 카운트되지 않도록 중복아이피를 회피할 수 있어야 한다.
(사용자가 많아질 경우) 소프트딜리트 정책을 수행하기 위해 사용자가 룸을 삭제할 경우 실제로 삭제하는 대신 DB에 남겨야 한다.
(테마가 추가될 경우) 테마를 선택할 수 있어야 한다.
관리자 페이지가 있어야 한다.
(관리자 기능 추가할 경우) 관리자가 룸을 검색할 수 있어야 한다.
