I used the IDE what downloaded from the homepage and didn't see any notifications. Let me explain the issue I encountered: when I tried to add a model, OpenAI Compatible showed as not configured, which is inconsistent with the status shown below.

Did you type model name in "Enter a human-readable name for the model"?
