Feature Request: Add User Permission Options for Sota SWE VScode Extension

I think it would be really handy if there was an option in the UI for the user to either let Sota work without user intervention on its own or to let the user approve each coding step (since the llm may sometimes get the code wrong). Edit: I removed the Claude Sonnet code that was here because it was incorrect and this addition is something I am actively working on.
