Undocumented Source code

The codebase of BOSS is almost completely undocumented, which makes it relatively hard for new contributions to use and follow up.

Since the same repo is being used for all BOSS's throughout the years, it would be good to have the entire codebase properly documented using standard tools like jsdocs.
