CNV result confidence

Hello, is there a way to show some confidence levels for the CNV output instead of only 0, 1, and 2, like some probabilities based on the read coverage at each site? Thanks!

Hi,
the algorithm outputs only a three-state result.
It doesn't calculate any probabilities or confidence levels.
But it's a nice suggestion.
We will come back to it with the next version.
