Please add an example of multiple routes

Hey, as a person rather new to bidi and om.next I think it would be helpful (for myself and others) if this example / boilerplate had an :index route and also at least one more. In trying to get my own alternative :spade route to work, I'm having some issues... so... feature request! Thanks many

That's a good idea, I'll add it soon. I'm also planning to add an optional server-side part with server-side rendering and multiple routes, which I think will be helpful for folks trying to put that together.

Also, help appreciated if anyone wants to tackle these before I get to it!
