Does not find BIDS data

Dear all,

I ran fmriprep for my data and want to denoise my data with fmridenoise.
The output of my fmriprep data is in Test_GSP_final/derivatives

So I type as run command:
fmridenoise Test_GSP_final/derivatives

but receive the following error:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'Test_GSP_final/derivatives/derivatives/Test_GSP_final/derivatives/derivatives/fmriprep/dataset_description.json'

my dataset_description.json file is located here:
/Test_GSP_final/derivatives/participant/fmriprep/dataset_description.json

What am I doing wrong?

I've experienced a similar issue. Passing absolute path solved it for me. Also, I think there's no need to include derivatives in the path. Try:

fmridenoise </your/abs/path/to/>Test_GSP_final
