Hi,
I am not sure how to run fmridenoise compare.
My command is fmridenoise compare dummy
where dummy is my bidsdir folder, but raises the error is main.py: error: unrecognized arguments: dummy

I think you should run the command: fmridenoise compare <bids_dir>.
