Cors issue for firefox when displaying vote proposal #39

How to reproduce:

create new vote proposal,
open vote proposal link from discord channel in firefox

Actual:
XHRPOSThttp://localhost:5001/api/v0/cat?arg=QmcwpQADYfTn9JhxrR2KgpWxcKR64TrfXnct8j3rXyyCrE
[HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden 2ms]

TypeError: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.

Expected:
no error

Note:
it works fine in chrome and edge ( http://localhost:8081/vote/4/QmcwpQADYfTn9JhxrR2KgpWxcKR64TrfXnct8j3rXyyCrE )
