Note: The team we are going to work in is often a deciding factor when choosing an opportunity. Describe in short the team dynamics.

- Are there team members with exceptional knowledge and skills worth mentioning?
- Who are the team leads?
- What is the daily routine of the team like?
Use this section to list all the tech requirements that the candidate should have to be comfortable in his/hers new role.

- Years of experience in respective techs and frameworks
- Tools used
- Do you need some examples of relevant previous experience?<
- How would you determine the candidate’s qualifications (test, sample task, etc...)<
