[feature] Update default settings with Neutrino 8.0

Hi,

As QNX has been updated to 8.0, I would kindly ask you to make the change in the default settings yaml and in the documentation.

I couldnt sign the CLA, because I couldnt be bothered to check with legal department.
So I am forwarding you the PR that I would suggest and would kindly ask you to do it instead...

The docs are apparently "a bit" outdated in this regard.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Please check my comment in #17789 (comment), unless there is logic that needs to be updated in the built-in Conan generators as CMakeToolchain, adding such a new version is very straightforward.

It would be good to have the feedback if everything else works, I am not saying that this cannot be added to the default settings.yml, but getting the confirmation that it works fine with different generators (as many different XXXXToolchain as possible), would be good.
