Similar to what we did for the ide-sidecar repo (confluentinc/ide-sidecar#224 and confluentinc/ide-sidecar#231), we want to set up Sonarqube reporting for this repository so that we can track test coverage.

We probably want to disable code smell analysis because it seemed too aggressive and noisy in the past, especially in PRs that included many commits.
