Log improvements

Look at improving log auditing - make a script so that someone can say "show me who has entered in the last N hours"

This doesn't have to return names, but does have to return entry methods. Maybe make it return a SQL query which can be run on the membership system which JOINs with the member table.

• create script that takes start and end date, parses relevant log files, and returns entry methods #11
• add query3.php to membership system csv generator to include account ID #12
• update logging to add member id to logs and update parsing script #13
