Constellation icons are appearing small on high resolution monitors

Description

Constellation icons such as the menu icons are appearing small on high resolution monitors. I have the same issue with my Dell XPS laptop where the menu icons are small when you compare them to the icons on in the application window. As a result the overall display is not as good as what it could be.
There are a couple of related issues #1062 (smaller menu text) and #1896 (menu items are not appearing close to the menu).

Steps to Reproduce

Here is a screenshot of the small icons from my laptop:

Here is what it should look like from another PC that doesn't have the same graphics card as the laptop or the same resolution:

Expected behaviour: The icons are not so small on Constellation.

Actual behaviour: The icons are small on Constellation, but depends on the device you are using to run it and

Reproduces how often: 100%
