为什么 openwrt_luci 软件包源使用 OpenWrt 18.06.9 版本？

在查看 /etc/opkg/distfeeds.conf 的时候我注意到了这个事情：

这是有什么特殊原因吗？
还是说只是本仓库基于 OpenWrt 18.06.9 或相应的 LuCI 进行后续开发的，仅此而已。

因为lean说：“我要拉低国内luci版本”（嘿嘿.jpg）很简单，大雕想用18版本。

因为这个仓库大多数都是用18的luci开发，大雕不喜欢jsluci
