sansung(galaxy s8) before portal auth the phone DNS is wrong

hi:

     we use sansung(galaxy s8,android 8) to test our portal (chilli 1.4) ,not popup welcome dialog  , in adb shell ping domain get  wrong DNS:1.0.0.1 ,which is not setted by chilli.

     then open browser to access internet site, it redirect to welcome page by chilli auth. this process spend long time . 

    any one can help us. to fix the issue. thanks a lot.
