what exactly do you mean by this? is explore not loading? is it just taking longer for the game to load?

Explore was under maintenance for a while, but it's now back, so the part about Explore should no longer be an issue. As for the game's loading times, loading all the resources just takes a while. If the game's still loading for you but just taking a while that should be fine though it may be worth looking into.
