Should be useful for a number of things:

  • set the correspondence between GitLab repo and GitHub repo;
  • activate various features beyond the synchronization feature;
  • set a team of trusted contributors (see Feature: trusted contributors #33)
  • etc.

We now have basic support for a configuration file, which allows in particular to set the correspondence between GitLab and GitHub (it's no longer necessary to use the same owner repository name pair).
