Cuda 11 support in the future

Sorry to bother the forum like this, but I was wondering what the
current plans (if any) are for future CUDA 11.x support. It's difficult
to get the RTX 3080 to work with CUDA 10.x and that's the card I'm using
unfortunately. Deepspeech is doing a lot of great work and I understand
that there are likely bigger priorities for Mozilla, but I just wanted
to check in on this issue. Sorry again.

It's controlled by the version of TensorFlow we use. When we upgrade to
TensorFlow 2.4 we should be able to use CUDA 11, but that work is
currently blocked on upgrading the training code to TF2 first, which is
proving to be a very complicated task.
