How to select the checkpoint to train on the models

By default the latest checkpoint is selected but I want to select the
checkpoint steps and train on it any suggestion.

This is more of a TensorFlow-level question. Checkpoints are stamped, I
guess you can jus manually change the checkpoint file and the stamp it
refers to, to a different one ...
