Shift WWT canvas consistently when bottom information boxes are open

Right now we set the app-content-height to 66% when the bottom info sheets are open, so that shifts the WWT canvas up, so important parts of the view are not covered by the info sheet. However, certain actions break this behavior, such as running the "find T CrB tour." (I thought there might be something else, but I'm not seeing other triggers at the moment).
