Add labels to mean, median, mode example graphs

@johnarban, I merged in #28 so we could have images to display in the HubbleDS, but we should replace these with images that have labeled axes. The x-axis label can say something like "value" and the y-axis label should say "count" to match what we use throughout the HubbleDS.
