Summary Table has 3 columns cut off on my computer

@heywooddogwood also had columns cut off, but when he zoomed out within his browser, the missing columns appeared. For me, no matter how far I zoom out, I never see those missing columns. Harry said the div is spilling outside the boundary of the browser window.

Harry noticed that the amount of width that is cut off is the same width of the column to the left ot he summary table.
