Free response scoring functionality

Deluxe version which we would only implement if teachers are clamoring for it.

• Teacher can turn this on if they want to use it.
• Teachers can specify which questions they want to turn on scoring for. (Maybe each question can have an on/off toggle. There can be a "turn on all" button at the top. Or teachers can go down list and turn on the toggle for the questions they care about.
• Teachers assign max points they want for each question
• If they turn on scoring, each free response question shown would have an input box next to it where teacher would enter a score for the question.
• When they move to a different box, score is automatically stored to db.
• There is a total of N points earned over max possible points.
