• Now that we have the scroll to top/bottom buttons from add scroll to top button #277, remove the collapse/expand text buttons.
• On skinny screens, remove icons from location/date chips (like we did for eclipse chip)
• Get rid of titles on small screens I think we don't have to do this if we are starting with the top box closed
• make top chevron up, not down; make the i icon a chevron-down.
• Make toolbox a circle-info icon instead.
• start mobile with top box closed
• bug with small screen scroll up/down arrows - when you close the top box and re-open it, you can no longer scroll up (only down).
• if you close top box, and you click location chip to reopen top panel, the up/down arrows disappear
• Because opening the control box on mobile initially puts it off screen (Fix issue on mobile where the control box is too far to the right when first opened. #248) and we don't know how to fix it, consider not displaying the box at all on mobile? Pat thinks a flaky control box is better than no control box..
