Add description dialog on long press of task

It would be nice to show a description of each task, as well as information about how often it appears, what time it triggers and what it is. This would also save some real estate space from the task cards themselves, making them less busy.

Is this an issue for the Research Package? Sound more like an issue for the Study App.
