The details should include the following information:

  • A plain-text representation of the most recent unexpected results for both diversion, unprescribed and illicit drugs

  • A table in an expandable section in the following format

    | Urine Toxicology Results | - Title
    -------------------------------------------------------
    | Substance | Date 1 | Date 2 | ... | - Header
    | SubstanceA | pos^1/neg | pos^2/neg | ... | - Row A
    | SubstanceB | pos^3/neg | pos^4/neg | ... | - Row B
    | ... |
    -------------------------------------------------------
    | 1 - SubstanceA Detailed Identifier | - Footer
    | 2 - SubstanceB Detailed Identifier |
    | ... |

Note that the Header date order should be a configurable option

Note that per clinical site guidance, the results table is to have a primary position in the alert instead of being in an expandable option. Text content should not be featured in the alert, but rather be provided with table footnotes.
