Sous Windows, Vagrant demande bsdtar pour décompresser la box téléchargée depuis vagrantcloud.

Penser à installer ceci :
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/libarchive.htm

Puis d'ajouter le répertoire contenant bsdtar dans votre variable d'environnement PATH ;)
