After working on the module for a while, we had to backtrack on certain features because it would mean major refactoring or potentially result in breaking changes. This issue is created to keep track of all tasks that need to be done before the v2.0 milestone.

Yes, indeed.

• Add support for Managed Identities #36
• Data Disks - add support for Availability Zones #30
• Problems deploying SQL source images #39

These are the one blocking us from using pipelines at customers now (manual workaround in local .terraform folder needed).

Added these to v2. Used to be in the milestone for a v1.x release, but at this point I think we just need to make all the breaking changes we can and then get as many of these other issues in as well.

I have added new view in the SIG Terraform project for this release. We could probably have created a new project for this so not to clutter up stuff, but since I am about the only one looking at it then it's OK for now ;)
