Installer Script License Error

When trying to accept the license for solidworks 2023+ it both asks me for a directory of where my installer executable is and says [ESC] pressed and manually terminates the program automatically, giving me no chance to actually accept the license and proceed. I'm currently running Arch.

The author is not responding here or to the personal email listed on their website. Maybe they didn't survive the coronavirus?

I am also having trouble installing version 2019 SP 5.1. Maybe there are skilled developers who can create a good fork?
