Constructors called from the contract name declaration are ignored

For example:

contract Base{

    constructor(uint x) public{

    }

}

contract Derived is Base(1){
    

}

The call Base(1) is not converted to slithIR. Some notes:

• contract._explicit_base_constructor_calls contains the list of constructor calls, but without the arguments
• A solution could be to create an empty Function that will represent the constructor and add ModifierStatements
