Cucumber 1.0.4 release on opam

I've created a release of Cucumber 1.0.4 for opam.

Once accepted it should be possible to install as opam install cucumber.1.0.4 on both Linux and MacOS.
Testing on Windows to continue at a later date, it's probably broken until proven otherwise.

Please test release and report any bugs or feature improvements.

My intention for the next major version is:

• Improve the logging to look more like Ruby's Cucumber runner
• Add Lwt and EIO support
• Improve the DSL for writing tests and provide more tutorial examples.
