Can we port the change that we made so the Acknowledgements widget is visible for activation on all sites: http://redmine.citytech.cuny.edu/issues/2984

We'll need to make some changes to ensure that the strings are translatable within our group type system (probably best in this case to eliminate the group-type label from the strings) but otherwise the port should be straightforward.
