Create a UI/CLI/TUI for configuring, issuing, and managing D-ASAs.

Ideally, the UI should act as a configurator based on a pre-defined selection set, for example:

• Which payoff? -> Fixed coupon bond
• Interest rate? -> 3%
• Variable or fixed? -> Fixed
• Time schedule? -> Primary distribution opening and closing dates, issuance date, maturity date.
• How many coupons? -> 4
• Coupon frequency? -> 1 year
• RBAC?
• etc.
