When clicking on a country in the Choropleth Map it should redirect to country page

In the Choropleth Map, if a user clicks on a country, it does not do anything. We want it to redirect to a clicked country page.

Tasks

• make the map clickable and pass an object with country slug to Plotly component [1h]
• use Plotly's on click method and redirect to country/country-slug [1h]

We may not fix this (at least has low priority) so moving to backlog for now
