Show last added Shows/Episodes instead of Movies

Hello, as the title says, I would like to display the latest Shows or Episodes instead of Movies in the startpage. Is there a simple away to do this? I've modified the index.php from "movie" to "show"

if($output_type == "movie")

if($output_type == "show")

but nothing seems to happen. I use mainly TV Shows on my Plex Server.

Ill take a look and see what I can come up with. However I must iterate that I am not going to spend much time on this as I need to continue with OpenFLIXR3.
