Can we prepend "d3." to plugin files? Then plugins would sit nicely in the same directory with libraries that have conflicting names. It's also easier to identify d3 plugins in a project.
This would break any projects that use d3-plugins as a submodule.
Perhaps the entire d3-plugins project should have a version number.
