Copy SOURCE file to TARGET file

sdupdate is intended to be a limited tool with the sole purpose of copying a file to an SD card faster than other tools. It does this by comparing blocks before writing and only writing if they're not the same.

sdupdate should be used with extreme caution as it overwrites the destination by default without prompting the user. It can easily break a system if used incorrectly.
