Request from dejames

I think I was imagining a set of contours for the chosen display element...rainfall, runoff, etc. I would use the huc12 features (as points) and generate set of contours. Using an appropriate contour interval. These would lay on top of the colorized polygons. Maybe labeled?

Still have no idea how to implement this request, so continuing to punt on it.
