防火墙设置无效

Pre-requirement

• Try to rebuild the kextcache and restart whenever you encounter a problem. It always works like a charm!
• To rebuild the kextcache, run sudo kextcache -i / in Terminal.app.
• If you are using OpenCore, also try to reset NVRAM. Press Space key when you are in OpenCore boot page and choose Reset NVRAM.

Describe the bug
描述：打开设置->网络->防火墙->选项，将里面的app选项删除，然后确定，关闭设置窗口，再次打开设置->网络->防火墙->选项，之前被删除的app选项又全部被恢复。同样，自己添加一些app进去，也是同样的问题。
