Blank starter theme for custom WordPress sites
Contains:
- simple blank stylesheet with css reset
- header, footer, index, functions, all the basics
- html5 template including selectivizer for IE-compatibility
- assumes probable use of custom types and custom fields, as per our developer plugins
- assumes use of StressPress, our usual group of basic functionality extenders
- 404, searchform, a couple other odds & ends
