		<h3>Reviews</h3>

			<li>TheCollegeNotebook.com is not responsible for anything written in reviews. While we try our best to delete any reviews with inappropriate language, the opinions of the reviews do not reflect those of theCollegeNotebook.com.</li>
			<li>There will be <b><u>NO</u></b> cursing allowed in reviews. Reviews are open the public to help in deciding on schools and activites; treat them that way. Filters are in place to detect foul language and those reviews will be deleted</li>
			<li>Reviews are not places to start fights. There will be <b><u>NO</u></b> "response" reviews. Any reviews negatively taking into account another review will be deleted.</li>
			<li>Responsibility for deleting reviews will be handled by the administration at a time the administration finds appropriate. If a review is deemed inappropriate a warning will be issued, if another review needs to be deleted by the same patron, other actions will be taken determined by the administration</li>
			<li>School reviews are not for sale. Don't ask</li>

		<h3>Profiles</h3>

			<li>Content written on profiles does not represent the opinions of theCollegeNotebook.com. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to take full responsibility for everything you write on theCollegeNotebook.com.</li>
			<li>Profiles are not for profit. Anyone suspected of sending spam via their profile will have it deleted. While there is no way to fully prevent abuse, the best way to reduce it is to report spammers to the administration</li>
			<li>Messages will not be used in a negative manner. Users who send negative messages containing offensive language or advertisements will be warned, if this continues, other actions will be taken determined by the administration</li>
			<li>Profiles are for college students only. If a user is detected who is attempting to gain information for a school's administrative purposes, that account will be promptly deleted.</li>
		</ul>
		<h3>Ads</h3>
		<ul class="terms" id="TermsAd">
			<li>Ads are a place where an person, group or event can advertise to their entire school. Ads should be in banner form and should approximately fit the dimensions 200px by 400px for a side banner or 900px by 250px for a bottom banner.</li>
			<li>Ads and the promotions they present are not the responsibility of theCollegeNotebook.com. The submitter agrees to accept full responsibility for anything written on the Ad.</li>
