latest thoughts are try to get the current deployment to be the official eth wrapper

Nikolai, can you make the weth source code public? The link is currently broken.

It would be nice to see the Ethereum community adopt a standard eth wrapper token. It will most likely be easier to encourage adoption of the weth implementation if it is cleaner and easier to audit than ds-eth-token.

cleaning up ds-eth-token/weth/DSWeth is on my list. Everyone has the same goal and we can take time to do it right
